Join us for a performative lecture with Dimitrios Bormpoudakis. In this lecture Dimitrios will use text and sound to build a geographical impression of the English countryside that explores the phantasmagorical intersections between the natural environment and urban spaces.

 

Dimitrios Bormpoudakis is a researcher at the School of Anthropology and Conservation, University of Kent (UK) interested in geographies of infrastructure, urbanisation and field recordings.

 

This lecture is part of ‘A Cut From Sharp Grass’, a visual art exhibition & series of public events supported by Margate Now
